About Dermamelan & Cosmelan

What it is.

Dermamelan and Cosmelan are professional depigmentation methods developed by mesoestetic, the Barcelona laboratory behind both. Each pairs an in-clinic mask with a home-care phase that continues the work for months afterwards.

Cosmelan is the long-established method for widespread pigmentation; Dermamelan is the intensive method aimed at the most persistent patches, including melasma-type pigmentation. Which one suits you, if either, is decided at a consultation after your practitioner has looked at your skin and history.
