3. Appointments and Policies

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
  • Consultations: Certain treatments require a consultation to determine their suitability for you. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-clinic payments.
  • Pricing: All prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • Full Payment: For certain treatments or packages, full payment might be required upfront at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our treatments, no refunds are provided for completed services. Unused pre-paid packages may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • All services are provided on an “as is” basis, with no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes. Individual results may vary.
  • Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser will not be held responsible for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your well-being and agree to release us from liability within legal limits.

7. User Conduct on Our Website

  • You may not engage in activities that disrupt or harm our website, such as hacking or spreading viruses.
  • Comments or reviews submitted through our online platforms should remain respectful and free of discriminatory or offensive language.
