- “Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser” refers to our clinics at 9332 120 St, Surrey, BC V3V 4B8 and 27215 Aldergrove Town Centre Drive, Unit 105, Langley Twp, BC V4W 0E4.
- “Services” include all treatments, consultations, online bookings, and interactions provided by Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser.
- “Website” refers to skinholicaesthetics.ca, our clinic websites and any associated digital platforms, including newsletters and online forms.
- “You” or “User” refers to any individual engaging with our services, website, or digital platforms.
Use of Services
- Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors may access services only with parental or guardian consent.
- Personal Use Only: Our treatments and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during bookings or online interactions. Misrepresentation may result in the refusal of service.
Appointments and Policies
- Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at either of our clinics.
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
- Consultations: Certain treatments require a consultation to determine suitability. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-clinic payments.
- Pricing: All prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Upfront Payment: For certain treatments or packages, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
- Refunds: Completed treatments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Requests relating to unused prepaid treatments or packages are reviewed individually by the clinic. A discretionary refund is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Liability Disclaimer
- No Guarantees: All services are provided on an “as is” basis, with no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes. Individual results may vary.
- Responsibility: Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser is not liable for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Release of Liability: By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your well-being and agree to release us from liability within the limits of applicable laws.
User Conduct on Our Website
- Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in activities that disrupt or harm our website, such as hacking, spreading viruses, or unauthorized access.
- Respectful Communication: Comments, reviews, or submissions through our online platforms must remain respectful and free of discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All proprietary content, including but not limited to logos, branding, service descriptions, and website data, belongs solely to Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser.

Dispute Resolution
- Complaints: Any complaints or disputes should first be submitted in writing to the clinic you visited (surrey@
skinholicaesthetics.ca or aldergrove@skinholicaesthetics.ca ), or to admin@skinholicaesthetics.ca . - Resolution Process: We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. If unresolved, disputes will be addressed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms and Conditions, and the last updated date is shown above. Updates apply to future use and purchases. Any change to an existing purchase or agreement is subject to that agreement and applicable law.
