I occasionally go here for laser hair removal and it works. I usually get full body laser hair removal done and the hair growth has lessened. I also went here for a scalp hydrafacial once and it was a normal experience. Lastly, I have also had the Radio Frequency Skin Tightening & Contouring done once on the abdomen and it was okay, but I didn't notice any difference. The staff is normal and professional. I attended a complimentary consultation.  I was kind of taken aback when the consultant led me into a room with a massage bed and asked me to sit on a small bench which was wedged between the foot of the bed and the wall.  It was most uncomfortable. Prior to that i filled out a questionnaire which asked so many questions - some totally irrelevant.  If the answer is required it is usually mentioned as "required" by the question. A lot of the questions did not indicate as required but you could not continue if you did not put in a comment even if it was "not applicable". The treatment was described in a haphazard manner - no brochures or hand written notes.  There was no way to do this on a bed. I had to ask many questions and left still unclear of the nature of the treatment. The clinic does not recommend pico sure as she said it works with heat which is not suitable for mylasma. Clearly she did not know that Picosure is not a heat laser - it operates using picosecond technology. The height was the cost which amounted to 2-3 peels and one derma peel - approximately 3-4 visits for $2,500???? That is what she indicated - which sounded preposterous. And you have to buy their skin care products. If she was trying to gain a client unfortunately she does not have the skills to do so. On the good side she did not do a hard sell.
